This is Rosabel, a sleepy red baby rose. Rosabel sleeps a lot especially when she is under the sun. She likes to face the sun while she sleeps. She also loves the feeling of rain on her petals. She is an easy going baby that loves being outside, playing with insects but its afraid of cats. One cat tried to eat her once so it is understandable. Rosabel is a magical hybrid flower that can communicate and move around and therefore has no thorns so she can be hugged and cared for by other creatures. Rosabel loves to be sang to, so she is hoping to find a home with lots of. music, rain, and sun.

Rosabel is about 5 inches tall. Rosabel's skin is DWE in light brown color. The torso, legs, and arms are made with hand dyed cotton interlock in different tones of green. This doll is filled with clean carded wool. The head is made in the traditional Waldorf style with some needle felting to make it firmer. This doll does not have a floppy head like my other dolls. Body and legs are one piece and legs can be moved front and back. Arms are leaf shaped and are securely hand sewn to the torso. Rosabel´s eyes have been hand embroidered with cotton DMC thread. Her hair is a wool felt rose flower hand sewn to her head. She also wears a hand dyed tiny lace collar. Her feet are hand crocheted spirals to look like roots. She has some cute embroidered details all over her body and as a belly button and soft sculpted butt cheeks. Nothing on this baby is detachable. She will travel with her little butterfly friend and inside a cotton hand crocheted flower pot that you can hang.

Rosabel is not a toy suitable for children under 5 years. Even though it's made pretty sturdy the crocheted details makes this doll non suitable for children that may still mouth their toys.
