This doll ships from Mexico. It takes a couple of days to ship this doll.

This is Josefina, a Christmas loving baby that cannot wait to meet Santa. Josefina loves candy, Christmas trees, and lights. She is very sweet Christmas that is all too excited about Christmas.

Josefina's skin is DWE in Dark Brown color. Her torso is made with a cotton jersey fabric. Her body is filled with clean carded wool. Her head is made in the traditional Waldorf style with some needle felting to make it firmer. The head is wobbly. Her arms and legs have been hand sewn to her torso three times for extra strength. Her eyes have been hand embroidered with cotton DMC thread. Her hair is a hand crocheted black cotton yarn wig, that then was hand sewn to her head. This style of hair can only be styled with your fingers. She wears a handmade bonnet with handmade star applique, handmade booties, and a ruffled collar. Only the booties and bonnet are detachable. She will travel with her baby elf.

Josefina is not a toy suitable for children under 5 years of age. Even though she’s made pretty sturdy the age recommendation for this doll and her accessories is 5 years and over. If you get her for a smaller child I would recommend you remove, the hat and booties as they contain choking hazards and long ties.
