Arthur- 9.5 Inch Waldorf inspired Christmas Doll

This doll ships from Mexico. It takes a couple of days to ship this doll.

This is Arthur, a sweet Christmas baby. Arthur loves looking at the lights and he gets a little upset when he can't see them during the day. I guess he prefers nights. If he ever gets upset about this with you, make sure you give him some warm, not hot chocolate. That will surely make him a happy again.

Arthur's skin is Heavy Weight Laib Yala in Pinkish Fair color. His torso is made with a cotton jersey fabric. Her body is filled with clean carded wool. His head is made in the traditional Waldorf style with some needle felting to make it firmer. The head is wobbly. His arms and legs have been sewn inside the seam. His eyes have been hand embroidered with cotton DMC thread. His freckles have been hand painted with a a micron permanent pen in brown. His hair is a hand crocheted black cotton yarn wig, that then was hand sewn to his head. This style of hair can only be styled with your fingers. He wears a handmade bonnet with handmade star applique, handmade booties, and a ruffled collar. Only the booties and bonnet are detachable. He will travel with his baby elf.

Arthur is not a toy suitable for children under 5 years of age. Even though he’s made pretty sturdy the age recommendation for this doll and his accessories is 5 years and over. If you get him for a smaller child I would recommend you remove, the hat and booties as they contain choking hazards and long ties.
