We only accept PayPal at the moment. If you don't have a PayPal account you can still pay with a credit card through PayPal without having to open an account. Just choose the "pay as a guest" option when you are directed to the PayPal website.
Please allow 3 to 5 days for your doll to be ready for shipping. Each order will have a 12 hour cancellation period. If the buyer does not cancel the order before this time and the item has already been shipped, the buyer will need to return the package at his or her own expenses and we will refund the price of the doll (minus shipping) as soon as we get the package back. The package needs to have tracking number so I can track it at all times.
I mail all my dolls with standard certified Mexican mail because it is the only way available to me that I can get a tracking number. This means you will need to sign for the package to receive it.
****For Canada residents**** The Canada Post has informed me that there is no longer international inbound tracking available. Which means that once the package leaves Mexico I have no way of tracking your package. You will need to check with your postal office to make sure you didn't miss the package and they don't send it back to me. This is completely out of my control. I am sorry for any inconveniences. Dolls can take take up to 3 months to get to its destination and there is no way for me to track the package.
Orders to other countries outside of Mexico will take 2 to 6 weeks to be delivered through standard certified mail. During Holiday Season packages can take up to 10 weeks to get to their destination. There is nothing I can do about this, so buy your Christmas presents with that in mind. Each package has a tracking number so you can keep track of it.
I try my best to estimate shipping charges for multiple orders and I will refund any overcharges for shipping as long as it is more than 1 USD.
Any customs fees that may apply are the buyers responsibility. I can't be responsible for delays or damages due to customs.
If for any reasons you are unhappy with your doll, contact me and we'll work something out. If the item is faulty I will cover the return fees and return the full amount paid to us once the item arrives. If the item is not faulty the buyer will need to cover the fee and we will reimburse the amount paid to us minus the shipping cost as soon as the item arrives. It is necessary that you give me a tracking number so I can track the returning package at all times.
